15 PR1MA projects in states

As part of PR1MA projects, Pr1ma Corp Malaysia (PR1MA) has approved another 18,270 homes under 15 affordable housing projects in Selangor, Johor, Perak, Pahang and Sabah under the Phase 2.

The new developments which come under Phase 2, reiterate PR1MA’s commitment to alleviating problem of affordable housing and cost of living for middle income earners.  Some of the projects are located in integrated developments which incorporate retail space and public transport facilities.

Out of the 15 PR1MA projects, six of the approved projects will be developed in partnership with Syarikat Prasarana Negara Bhd (Prasarana) in the following areas :

  • Putra Heights,
  • Jelatek,
  • Pandan Indah,
  • Pandan Jaya,
  • Glenmarie and
  • Cempaka

The main highlight of this developments in these locations will incorporate LRT facilities and retail areas.  Prasarana’s willingness to partner with PR1MA bodes well with our intention of alleviating the cost of living for middle-income earners. It’s a holistic approach that not only addresses the issue of affordable housing but their daily cost of living in general.

Besides Prasarana, PR1MA  urged companies from both the private and public sectors to come to the fore in partnering with PR1MA to address the shortage of affordable homes for middle income earners.

In August, PR1MA announced 15 projects under Phase 1 and now with the approval of Phase 2 projects, it takes into account the number of affordable homes that will be developed by PR1MA to 38,757 to date.

All potential buyers who have not registered online to do so as PR1MA looks to roll out more projects by the end of this year. The registration can be made at official PR1MA website
